Hispanic Affinity Forum
Leaders of affinity groups within organizations in the region come together three times a year to share best practices, discuss challenges, network and collaborate to enhance the outcomes of their affinity groups efforts. HAF members must be Chamber members.
Affinity Groups may be known as Employee Networks, Employee Resource Groups, and other similar names. However each organization refers to their groups, they are typically formed based on common identities, shared interests, and/or common goals, where individuals can network with individuals in their work place and for the purposes that benefit both the individual work experience and organizational performance.
Employee Resource Group Leaders Network (ERGLN)
Employee Engagement and Belonging Groups have many names and structures. How each organization refers to their groups may differ, but they are commonly formed based on shared interests or common identities and open to all employees to join. These networks exist to enhance both individual work experience and organizational performance.
Leaders of these groups within HCCUSA Member companies and organizations are invited to attend network meetings. They’re designed especially for ERG Leaders to build skills, share best practices, and network to enhance the outcomes of their respective organization’s groups.
ERGLN is free to HCCUSA members. See the event calendar for upcoming meetings.
